We double-bag the waste in compostable bags, then use the bin at the property to dispose of the waste. We do not remove the waste from your property as part of this service or empty your bins.

Yes, we can usually support a specific day however we work on a route system and not all areas are serviced each day.

No, we can’t give you a specific time but we can let you know if it will be morning or afternoon and can message you when we are on our way.

Trust is earned not a given. However, I have a police clearance certificate and a working with vulnerable people clearance which I am happy to share with you and I am also happy to meet with you before a service, if I don’t pass the vibe check then you are free to pass.
